Cardio Here I Come!


It is time to get back to trying to resurrect these abs of mine. Cardio here I come! Did I mention that I dislike cardio? And that I also dislike exercising?... And sweating, and being sore, and panting for air like I'm going to die! However, regardless of how I feel about all of that, I do love that it is a healthy lifestyle, and looking good, plus feeling great, are definitely added bonuses. And if I am going to be completely honest, I really do love food!

I have been desperately attempting to add 2 to 3 days of cardio to my 3 days of training. That can be quite difficult when you lack time, but to get to where I want to be sacrifices has to be made. In this case, it will be precious sleep. Who really needs 8 hours of sleep anyway?! Me!! But I will not complain, I will have to just suck it up and do what I had to do.

I am not an expert on fitness, I am just a girl who is giving you my thoughts and experiences on exercising in hopes it will help you all know that you are not alone. It can be frustrating and tiring but surrounding yourself with positive people and or keeping a positive mindset really does help. Once I reach my goal I know it will be worth it.
